Regional, fresh & sustainable
In our kitchen we process regional seasonal products from sustainable production. Fruits, vegetables and herbs develop a unique flavor due to the Pannonian climate. We source fish from Lake Neusiedl and ponds that are managed in a sustainable manner. The wine we offer is from our family winery Peter Schandl. Our culinary offer includes – among other things – spreads that are freshly prepared every day, products from regional manufacturers, marinated seasonal vegetables as well as the classics of the Viennese cuisine and the cuisine of the former Crown lands.
OUR ROOTS
ur family winery was founded in 1741. More than 60 years ago, the wine tavern was established within the winery. Since 1993 it is located at the Bürgerhaus at Hauptstrasse 20.
OUR FOODS
On weekdays our foods are freshly prepared during our opening hours from 4 until 9 pm. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we serve our freshly prepared meals continuously from 11.30 am until 9 pm.

OUR WINES
he white, red and sweet wines and sparkling wines produced in the winery founded in 1741 won national and international awards. Paul Schandl runs the winery together with his wife Elle. They are supported by his parents Ursula and Peter.
