We focus on fresh preparation, regional products with high standards of quality and sustainable production and together with our employees we try to live up to these gastronomic standards on a daily basis. We put great emphasis on sustainability and regional value, which is why we mostly buy selected regional products. We are happy about working together with regional manufacturers and being able to support them!
