HOTEL SCHANDL ***S is located right in the center of the historic old town of Freistadt Rust at Lake Neusiedl. The hotel built at the end of the 17th century is listed and has been a hosting company for more than a century. In 2012, its current hosts Barbara Schandl and Alfred Grasits fully modernized and remodeled it – they kept old parts and integrated new elements seamlessly. The 19 guest rooms are equipped with exquisite fabric, earthy colors and natural materials.
